01 Who you're buying from
LATENT is published by Ganesh Vinod Tilekar, operating from Udgir, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that person, and "you" means the person downloading or using it.
02 What you're getting
LATENT is a TradingView indicator, sold as a fixed-term subscription.
- An invite-only TradingView script giving BUY, SELL, SHORT and COVER signals
- A Kalman filter, a GARCH(1,1) model and a 2-state hidden Markov model running live on your chart, with parameters already fitted
- Alerts on every entry, exit and regime change
- Simple mode (fixed position size) and advanced mode (volatility-targeted), long and short
- Runs on 1-hour charts and slower only, 1H, 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, 12H, 1D and 1W. It cannot run on 15-minute or 30-minute charts; this is a TradingView platform limit, is stated before purchase, and is not grounds for a refund after the 30-day window
- Setup guide, parameter reference and email support
Performance figures we publish are measured on the indicator itself, on Binance BTCUSDT daily bars, and are stated with the confidence interval and maximum drawdown that belong to them on the same symbol and settings.
This is not a signal service and it is not managed trading. Indicator access is sold as a subscription for a fixed term, but you run the software yourself, on your own TradingView account, using your own judgement. We never trade for you and we never hold your funds.
03 Not financial advice
This one matters more than the rest, so it gets its own section.
LATENT is an analytical tool. Nothing in the software, the documentation, the website, or any communication from us is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. No advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of it.
Any output the software produces is a statistical estimate, not a recommendation. Deciding whether to act on it is entirely yours.
04 Risk
Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Leveraged trading can produce losses exceeding your deposit.
All performance figures we publish come from historical backtests. Hypothetical and simulated results have well-documented limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, they do not represent actual trading, and they cannot fully account for the effect of financial risk in live markets.
Past performance, real or simulated, does not indicate future results. Strategies decay. A model that tested well may perform poorly or lose money in live conditions.
Concretely: the indicator's own backtest contains a maximum drawdown of 15.8% in its default configuration, and 26.6% in simple mode at the default position size. Someone who started at the worst moment in that history would have sat underwater for months. Those are the tested numbers, not the worst that can happen. Live conditions can be worse. There is no live track record; every figure we publish is a backtest.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, for any losses you incur, and for complying with the laws, tax rules, and regulations of your own jurisdiction, including whether cryptocurrency trading is permitted where you live.
05 Your licence
A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the indicator for the term you paid for.
You may
- Use the indicator on charts under your own TradingView account
- Modify it for your own use
- Use it to trade your own capital, at your own risk
- Use its output in your own private research
You may not
- Share the indicator, or your TradingView access to it, with anyone else
- Repackage the indicator as your own product
- Republish it as though you wrote it, or strip the attribution
- Sell signals generated by it as a subscription service without our written permission
Point people at this site rather than passing access around, so they get the current version and the warnings that come with it.
Using it to manage other people's capital, or commercially inside a firm, needs a separate arrangement. Email us and we'll sort something out.
06 Price and payment
Indicator access is sold as a fixed-term subscription:
| Term | Price | Works out at |
|---|---|---|
| 3 months | $149 | $49.67 per month |
| 6 months | $249 | $41.50 per month |
| 12 months | $419 | $34.92 per month |
Each term is charged once, up front, for that whole period. Nothing renews automatically. When your term ends, access stops unless you choose to buy another one. We will not charge your card again without you asking us to.
Updates released during your term are included at no extra cost. If you subscribe for 12 months, that same price stays available to you on renewal for as long as you resubscribe without a gap.
Payment is processed by our checkout provider, who act as merchant of record and calculate any tax due in your country before you confirm. We never see or store your card details.
Prices may change. A change never affects a purchase already made.
07 Tax
Prices are shown exclusive of any tax that may apply where you live. Our checkout provider acts as merchant of record: they calculate and collect any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country, show it to you before you confirm, and remit it to the relevant authority.
Your invoice comes from them and shows the tax charged. If you are a registered business buying for business use, enter your tax number at checkout so the invoice is issued correctly. We cannot re-issue it afterwards.
Anything you owe on your own trading profits is between you and your own tax authority. We do not report your trading anywhere, because we do not see it.
08 Getting it
The indicator is published on TradingView as an invite-only script. You provide your TradingView username at checkout and access is attached to your account by hand, normally within 12 hours. If your username is misspelled we will email you; that is the only thing that delays access.
Access runs for the term you bought and is removed by hand shortly after it ends. We will email you before that happens, so it is never a surprise.
There is nothing to ship. No physical goods are ever sent.
09 It runs on TradingView
The indicator is a Pine script published on TradingView as an invite-only script. It runs inside their platform and nowhere else. That means two things worth understanding before you buy.
You need a TradingView account. A free one is enough for basic use, but their free tier limits how many indicators you can run at once and how many alerts you can set. Whether you need a paid TradingView plan is between you and them; it is not included in what you pay us and we receive nothing from it.
We depend on a platform we do not control. If TradingView changes Pine Script, alters its data feeds, restricts invite-only scripts, or removes access for reasons of their own, the indicator may stop working or behave differently. We will fix what can be fixed. If it becomes permanently unusable through no fault of yours, we will refund the unused portion of your term. Beyond that refund we are not liable for a third-party platform's decisions.
Market data shown on your chart comes from TradingView and the exchanges, not from us. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or availability.
10 Updates
Indicator updates released while your subscription is active are included at no extra cost. That is not a promise the project will exist forever, and it is not a commitment to any particular feature.
Where we describe something as planned, such as a chart version. That is a statement of intent, not a commitment, and it carries no date. Buy based on what exists today.
We may archive or stop developing LATENT at any time. If we do while your subscription is running, we will refund the unused portion of your term.
11 Support
Support is by email at tilekarganesh662@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 12 to 24 hours.
Support covers getting the software installed and running, and fixing genuine bugs. It does not cover teaching trading, tuning the model for your strategy, or advising on whether or what to trade.
12 Acceptable use
Your access is personal. In particular, you agree not to:
- Share your TradingView account, or the indicator on it, with anyone else
- Publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the indicator or any part of it
- Decompile, deobfuscate or otherwise attempt to recover the source, or the fitted parameters within it
- Republish its output as your own signal service, newsletter or subscription without our written permission
- Use it to manage other people's money without a separate arrangement with us
- Misrepresent your relationship with us, or imply we endorse your trading
TradingView can see which accounts an invite-only script is attached to. Sharing access is straightforward for us to detect, and doing so ends your licence immediately with no refund.
13 Refunds
30 days from purchase, if the indicator does not work as described. It fails to load on a supported timeframe, its signals do not match the figures we publish, or something is genuinely broken. Email us with your order number and the address you bought with.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically reach your account within 5 to 10 working days. Chart access is removed once the refund is processed, and continuing to use the indicator afterwards is a breach of these terms.
After 30 days the guarantee expires and the remainder of your term is non-refundable, but if something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, email us and we will refund the unused portion. What we will not refund is disappointing trading results. That is the risk this document warns about throughout, not a fault in the product.
Statutory rights are unaffected. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a legal 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, and that right applies whatever this section says. Consumers elsewhere keep whatever mandatory protections their own law provides.
14 Intellectual property
We own LATENT, the code, the documentation, the name, and the design of the website. Your purchase gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
The underlying methods. Kalman filtering, hidden Markov models, GARCH, time-series momentum and volatility targeting. Are published academic techniques that nobody owns. Our fitted parameters, implementation and documentation are ours.
Anything you build on top of LATENT, using your own work, belongs to you.
15 No warranty
LATENT is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Specifically, we do not warrant that the software will be error-free, that it will run without interruption, that it will be profitable, that its output will be accurate, or that it will suit your particular purpose.
16 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of LATENT. However caused, and even if we were told such damages were possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17 Ending your licence
Your indicator licence ends automatically if you breach these terms, in particular by sharing chart access or reselling it. If that happens, access is revoked and no refund is due.
You can stop using the indicator at any time. Since nothing renews automatically there is no cancellation to perform. Simply do not buy another term. Ending early does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining period once the 30-day window has passed.
18 Things outside our control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by anything genuinely beyond our reasonable control. That includes outages at TradingView, your exchange or your broker; internet and hosting failures; changes in law or regulation; action by a payment processor; natural disaster; and illness or incapacity, which for a one-person operation is a real risk rather than boilerplate.
If something like that stops the indicator working for an extended period, email us and we will refund the unused portion of your term. That is the remedy available, and it is the same one we would want in your position.
19 The paper trading page
The simulator at /paper.html is free, separate from the indicator, and provided as it is. It uses imaginary money on live prices. No account is opened and no personal information is collected: a session is held against a random paper code, and whoever holds that code can open it.
It is not the indicator and it is not advice. It draws no signals, recommends nothing, and a profit made on it says nothing about what any strategy would do with real money. Fills there are instant and free of slippage, spread and funding, which real fills are not.
Sessions are not permanent. A code generated but never opened is removed after 7 days; a session untouched for 180 days is removed. You can delete yours at any time from the page. A lost code cannot be recovered, because nothing is held that could prove it was yours. That is the point of the design, and the page says so before a code is issued.
Nothing in this section limits your rights in relation to the indicator you paid for.
20 Competitions
Entry is free and always will be. We do not charge to enter a competition, we do not accept deposits, and we do not hold a prize pool. India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 prohibits any online game where a person pays to take part in expectation of winning money back, whether the game turns on skill or not, and nothing here is offered on that basis.
Sponsors pay for promotion, not for entry. Where a competition carries a prize, the sponsor funds and pays it directly to the winner. Our part is running the board and naming the sponsor. We are not a party to that payment and do not guarantee it; a sponsor who fails to pay is answerable to the winner, though we will name it plainly here if it happens.
Competitions run on simulated money. They use the paper trading page, which uses live prices and imaginary capital. No trading is real, no result is a track record, and nothing about a placing says what any strategy would do with money at stake.
Ranking and eligibility. Each competition states its window, its ranking measure and the minimum number of trades needed to be ranked. Entries are read from the paper session attached to the code you join with, and only trades closed inside the window count. We may exclude an entry that is manipulating the board rather than trading it, joining repeatedly with fresh codes to enter many runs, for instance. And we will say so if we do.
We can change or cancel a competition before it starts, and will say why. Once it is running we will not change its rules.
21 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and we won't apply changes retroactively to your purchase.
The date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
22 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udgir, Maharashtra, India.
If you're a consumer somewhere with stronger mandatory protections, this clause doesn't take those away from you.
23 Complaints
If something is wrong, email tilekarganesh662@gmail.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
Under India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, complaints go to our grievance officer, whose details are on the contact page.
Please raise it with us before escalating anywhere else. Most disputes turn out to be a mismatch of symbol or timeframe and take one exchange of email to settle. Where they do not, we would generally rather refund you than argue.
24 Odds and ends
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Not enforcing something immediately doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us.
